It is our policy to attempt to respond to all orders & inquiries as quickly as possible and ship within 48 hours of payment notification. We want you to be happy with your purchase and your experience with River Place Gallery to be positive.
Payment
We accept traditional methods of payment such as a money order or personal check.
Shipping Policy
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by the buyer. Insurance is applied at the request of buyer and added to shipping cost.
For all orders shipped or picked up in Connecticut, add 6% sales tax to all orders.
Return Policy
We will acknowledge your return request within 3 days and ship item back within e days of the acknowledgement.
■The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured (if available) for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with the shop's tags and identifying marks intact.
■We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.
■The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed otherwise between the buyer and shop owner.
After we verify the returned item is as originally sent, we will issue issue a full refund within 4 days.
